We kicked off our first HANDS-ON, off-site training seminar and it was a HUGE success. The seminar was held in Northern California (Fairfield to be exact) and was attended by approximately 35 customers!
Now, that was a great show of support!
Our team of instructors, (Mike Aucoin, Bill Moore, Brad Blakeley and Rey Casillas), with an accumulative 100+ years of experience, led our customers on the hands-on seminar repairing faucet leaks, handle replacement, toilet removal and repair among other things.
We also had some vendors on hand to show us the ins and outs of their products, and some sales personnel as well to answer any questions that might come up
